  Matthew and the team at Live well are running a very great and positive business. Very comfortable environment for all people that removes any intimidation someone might feel stepping into a gym. Personalised and tailored services that accomodate for all sorts of goals.

  Live Well is a people focused fitness venue catering to varied communities. This gym is well run with excellent equipment and an atmosphere to motivate. The friendly staff are knowledgeable and dedicated and make every experience fun and enjoyable. I highly recommend Live Well to anyone who is looking to challenge themselves and change their life for the better.

  I joined the Kogarah Live Well gym 3 mths ago. I have never experienced such a warm and friendly atmosphere in a gym before. My trainer is Pat, he took the time to understand my fitness goals and works with me to ensure I am getting the most out of each workout. I also love the Super Saturday group session. It is a lot of fun and hard work. Highly recommend this local gym!

  Finally getting around to this review. Which goes to show that this gym and the trainers there leave a lasting impact in the most positive way. To cut a long story short, I trained at this gym with my parents for YEARS and before that I really thought that it wasn’t for me. Chris changed my mind and changed my life, with his endless patience and knowledge.
  
  You could be the most shy or the most charismatic, but you will be able to find a community that just might be your life line like it was for me. There are no egos, just the opportunity to move your body and have a laugh.

  I have been a member of Live Well Health and Fitness Studio for almost a year and for the first time ever, I actually want to come to the gym.
  The knowledgeable and passionate trainers at Live Well have played an integral role in this. They possess a wealth of expertise and are always there to guide and motivate you. They take the time to address any questions or concerns, making you feel valued as a member.
  The SPT classes (Small Group Personal Training) and private sessions offered at Live Well are great fun. Not only do they provide an opportunity for personalised attention, but they also create a sense of community among members. The sessions are always filled with positivity, making every visit an enjoyable experience I never want to miss.
  I wholeheartedly recommend Live Well Health and Fitness Studio. Live Well has not only improved my physical health but given me a more positive outlook on life. Don't hesitate to join this incredible fitness team!
