We had been waiting for more than an hour but the pizza hadn’t arrived yet. We had not received any updates or whatsoever. Then we phoned them, but the person who answered the phone was so rude and told us that they were busy. Whew!!!!! What a customer experience

One tries to support local business these days, but then you just get kicked in the teeth it seems. I paid the best part of $20 for what was supposed to be an improved version of a 'Ham & Pineapple' pizza.
Well what I got was a complete insult.
The odd discernible fleck of ham and occasional tiny triangle of canned pineapple in a sea of cheap cheese ... that's where they're pegging their standards apparently. A $4.95 Pizza from Coles offers much more !

My order was never delivered. I attempted to call the restaurant 8 times, no answer. Extremely poor service. I am very disappointed. Now i am awaiting a refund from Menulog. Absolutely disgusting deplorable service. I dont understand why you would accept the order and not deliver or at least contact the customer. Think twice about ordering! The food quality overall has declined, poor taste!
