  I was very disappointed with the service when I visited recently on my birthday for a massage and facial. Five minutes into my massage I heard the door open in my treatment room, thinking that someone was asking my therapist a quick question and leaving. This was not the case, this same person actually stayed in the room watching me receive my treatment. I could sense that there was someone in the room and I was not told that there was someone else in the room. It made me feel very uncomfortable and I only wanted to enjoy a relaxing massage on my birthday!
  
  I could hear movement a metre away from me and it was only until my therapist whispered something that I asked - "Excuse me did you say something" and she stated "No I didn't". I then popped my head up and saw that there was someone else standing a metre from the massage bed. The therapist went on to say that she was going to tell me and that she was there for training and if that was ok.
  
  Although I stated it is ok, I felt very uncomfortable and if training purposes were the case this could have been asked if ok before my massage. Terrible and uncomfortable experience by what I was advised is a new management team.
  
  Due to this experience and lack of expertise and professionalism I will not be returning.
