  Sellers beware!
  Wish I could leave 0 stars.
  We sold our property through these agents. We were promised the world, by two confident sales agents/company directors, yet under delivered. Had to be prompted at each stage what to do. Were not proactive. Stuffed up basic, standard real estate milestones.
  They are a property factory and do not have the vendors best interest at heart.
  The number of properties they have is not an indication of quality service and results. At all.
  And their "rate my agent" data is flawed. I was never asked to provide feedback, given it took them about 8 weeks to sell our place after a failed auction with no registered bidders (given they know how badly they dealt with our property). So beware of glowing feedback on such services.
  In a hot market, any monkey can sell a property. Montgomery proved that they must advertise and wait for the clients to come to them. With a slight change to the market conditions, our main agent seized and was unable to get clients.
  Unfortunately, your research may lead you to wanting to choosing them. I suggest very strongly you reconsider.
  I have a long, long list of failures that happened while under contract with them.
  When signing with them, ensure your contact terms end on auction date so you are not stuck with them when they fail to sell.
  As an indication of how much they sucked, another one of the directors took over the case given two other two senior agents couldn't sell a very sellable villa.
  So much can be said. I'll write a more detailed response one day, more deserving of the poor service we received from them.
