- Sakina C Added February 09, 2020★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Took a blanket in to be washed and while the service was fine, though a bit pricey, the wife was rude and felt it was too much effort to answer my question re price even though there was no signage to tell me how much it would cost. When I went to pick it up her husband was polite until she came along and was rude again. Avoid if the wife is around as she finds it too much effort to speak to customers politely but insists on being the one to speak to all customers!
- April S Added February 06, 2020★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I've been there three times out of necessity (washing machine broke) and twice it has been a horrible experience. I never had a problem when the husband was looking after the store, but when it was the wife, she was very rude and some of my clothes went missing when I came to pick them up. When I asked her about the missing clothes she became very defensive, blamed it on me, said something in her language and forced me to leave. I strongly do not recommend them.
